We took a bus from Hanói to Sapa in a VIP Cabin Bus and another one from Sapa to Hanói in a Regular Sleeping Bus 3 days later and always was excellent. They contact us before the trip and help us to change the meeting point to one nearer to our Homestay, and also help us to change the return trip to one day earlier because of the weather in Sapa we prefered to come back earlier to Hanoi. We speak with them by Whatsapp and they were very kind. I really loved this trip. Thank you su much!!!
